Prior to working with Patrick, Esther worked primarily in service-oriented occupations. Her background includes providing patient assistance for an IVF clinic, owning a coffee shop, serving as a hotel concierge, working as a personal trainer, and working in finance providing financial services for clients.

Those experiences help her bring warmth, practical support, and careful follow-through to client communication.
